Procedures
ID Card or passport (compulsory for destinations outside the EU) valid for six months after your return date.
The OSHCA, a medical insurance, is compulsory for all foreign students at a cost of AUD 330 / semester. The study visa can only be obtained when ACU issues you a letter of admission after payment of this insurance. This insurance is quite similar to the National Health Care in France. Therefore, you can plan an additional health mutual to cover unsecured risks, especially in case of travelling outside Australia (which includes your round trip).
Your VISA allows you to work 20 hours per week.

Accommodation
The university can help you find a shared apartment. You can plan around AUD 800 to AUD 1200 / month.
