Strengths
McGill University is a world-renowned university and is made up of 9 faculties and 15 schools which host more than 30% of international students. 3 museums and 3 concert halls are also present on the Campus.
Major, Academics
You will be registerd at the School of Continuing Studies. You will attend evening and Saturday classes only.
For the ABS students: you will be allowed to leave for only one semester. You will be registered as an “independent student”.
For ICD certification students: you will have access to the Applied Marketing, Public Relations and Communication Management, General Management programs (programs change every year, please contact us for more information);
Hereunder is the required level of English you will need to justify :
TOEFL IBT 90 (with a minimum of 21 in the 4 sections)
IELTS 6.5 (avec minimum de 6.0 dans les 4 composantes)

Procedures
ID Card or passport (compulsory for destinations outside the EU) valid for six months after your return date.
No VISA required for all study stays shorter than 6 months. The European students must however apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization. The ETA can be done quickly online. You will need your passport and a credit card.
Exchange students are not allowed to work.

Other nationalities may need a visa. The processing time is quite fast : 2 to 3 weeks, but it takes time to prepare the application and obtain all requested documents.
Health insurance:
• For students from Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Romania and Sweden, either subscribe to the university’s insurance for CA $ 324 for 4 months, or you can follow the procedures with your Health Insurance Fund. You must ask for the SE 401 Q 106 form.
• For students from other countries: you must take out university insurance.
